So, how DO you answer questions like "Average % satisfaction of TN takers?"
The SONA - State of the National Association - a lovely survey that the MC has decided will from now on rule our lives, has to be submitted tomorrow. Thus, in true LUMinite spirit, the EB is spending the night slaving away on it's 50 odd useless questions - with the exception of Mehreen, who's at home cooing over her new-born nephew/niece (we don't know which!) and unaware of our situation!!
As I've said before, the SONA is no more than a plot to obtain information from the LCs so that the MC can publicly humiliate us at a later date. It's also made us much more aware of all that we lack! All I can be glad for right now is that next year, a completely new EB will be slaving away at this, while I'll be pointing at them and laughing from the sidelines.

You can't manage what you don't measure.
The worst thing to lack is such knowledge that you gain from completing such an analysis.
But i'm a little biased since my current role is all about things like this!

hehe - yeah...i agree. it's useful...but still - it's insanely complicated when you've had almost no records for two years. unfortunately, next year will be easier! dang!
Nida, I say we team up and make a horrid survey for the MC and present it at all future national conferences...the LCs strike back!:P

SONA choro, I think I got the biggest shock of my life today when I walked into the labs and saw Emad reading blogs..considering his vehement rants against them I am quite the very shocked..:P
